Every detail has been taken care of to offer you an unforgettable stay. The luxurious infinity pool (4 x 14 m), which can be heated to your liking, is a joy for lovers of relaxation and swimming, with a panoramic view stretching to the horizon.

Note the extraordinary 11th century frescoed church, which offers a perfect setting for weddings and special events.

The rooftop terrace, located next to the main unit, offers a breathtaking setting for unforgettable dinners, with a table where you can enjoy delicious dishes while admiring the beauty of the surrounding landscape. In addition, a set of outdoor sofas is at your disposal for moments of pure relaxation and socialising in the open air.

Around the pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols, creating the perfect environment for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool. For fun with family or friends, you can request a game of table tennis and spend carefree moments in the open air.

The private garden, fenced off to guarantee your privacy, is a green oasis where you can stroll, relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Private parking is at your disposal.

The annex is enhanced by a charming pergola, complete with table and sofas, creating a romantic corner for special dinners and evenings.
The panoramic terrace next to the annexe is also equipped with a set of outdoor sofas, the ideal place to enjoy some privacy and tranquillity. For those wishing to spend some time outdoors, the patio behind the church offers a set of outdoor sofas for relaxing and socialising.

We strongly advise our guests to bring their own car to get around the estate and to drive in and out independently during their stay. Please also note that sports cars and other vehicles with reduced height are not suitable for the estate's dirt roads. If you do not have your own vehicle, all travel, including travel to and from the airport, must be organised at the estate.

Interior Description

In both the main unit and the annex, you will find cosy, well-appointed living rooms, ideal for relaxing. SMART TV flat screens with satellite channels, a DVD player and a Bluetooth music player are available for your entertainment.

A full laundry service with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is available in the cottage. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed Internet access throughout the villa, in the garden and pool area, to stay connected at all times.

The sleeping area features six elegant king-size bedrooms with luxurious marble bathrooms in the main unit, while a further four spacious king-size bedrooms with marble bathrooms are located in the annexe. Both residences boast fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, oven and microwave.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and each bathroom has a hairdryer. A cot, high chair and bathtub are available on request. Central heating will ensure your comfort during your stay.

You will find soaps, shampoos, body lotion and shower caps in each bathroom on site. Plus a welcome kit with bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, table and cooking salt, olive oil and coffee capsules on arrival.

Cleaning service is provided between 10:00 and 13:00 hours
Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tables and dishwashing detergent on arrival, toilet paper, kitchen sponge and rubbish bags will be provided by our staff throughout your stay (please note that rubbish will be collected by our staff during maid service)
