Villa Monticelli is a luxurious private residence set in an enchanting environment, nestled among the gentle hills of Antognolla Golf, in the picturesque Umbrian region. Its strategic location offers a spectacular view of the picturesque Umbrian countryside, with its green hills, lush forests, and vast cultivated fields. Along the road leading to the villa, one can admire the majestic 11th-century medieval Castle of Antognolla, an imposing structure overlooking the eponymous golf course. The Villa comprises a main unit and an annex.

The exterior of Villa Monticelli exudes traditional elegance, surrounded by olive trees. The annex's loggia offers a charming view of the crystal-clear waters of the infinity pool (7.50 x 16.50 m), surrounded by comfortable loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas.

Near the pool, a picturesque pergola provides a shady retreat from the hot summer sun, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding beauty.

The spacious terrace is also beautiful, equipped with two pergolas, a large dining table, and a grand sofa, ideal for spending unforgettable evenings. Additionally, a barbecue is available for outdoor grilling, offering an opportunity to prepare delicious meals in the garden.

The garden is completely private and fenced.

We strongly advise our guests to bring their own car to get around the estate and to drive in and out independently during their stay. Please also note that sports cars and other vehicles with reduced height are not suitable for the estate's dirt roads. If you do not have your own vehicle, all travel, including travel to and from the airport, must be organised at the estate.

Interior Description

Inside, this luxurious villa features two cosy living areas in the main unit, one of which boasts a large fireplace. Entertainment facilities include a flat-screen television with satellite channels and a Blue Ray DVD player.
The fully equipped kitchen in the main unit has all modern conveniences, including an oven, hob, refrigerator and microwave.

The sleeping area features two spacious king-size bedrooms in the main unit, each with an en-suite bathroom, this villa promises the ultimate in comfort and privacy. In addition, there is a super king-size room in the main unit with an en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing a luxurious stay. Also present is a twin room with two bunk beds, one of which is a double.

The annex has a fully equipped kitchen for 4 persons, a living room with fireplace, a flat-screen television with satellite channels, DVD player and hairdryers in all bathrooms. A further two king-size bedrooms each have en-suite bathrooms.

In addition, the spacious laundry room with washer and dryer makes your stay even more comfortable.

High-speed Internet access is available throughout the villa, and air conditioning in the rooms and central heating ensure maximum comfort in any season.

For families with children, a cot, high chair and baby bath tub are available on request, making the villa suitable for even the youngest guests.
