In the heart of the Mugello, Tuscany, just a few minutes from the Mugello International Circuit, lies Tenuta Le Tre Virtù, an ancient Tuscan farmhouse transformed into an elegant luxury relais with a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.

Surrounded by rolling hills and typical Tuscan countryside, the property offers an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a nature-filled holiday without sacrificing comfort. A careful restoration has enhanced the traditional rural architecture, blending it with a contemporary style and an eco-sustainable approach.

The relais features a small organic vegetable garden and six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, all different in style and designed to ensure tranquillity, elegance and well-being.

The highlight of the property is the private swimming pool, set amidst greenery and overlooking the Mugello hills, complete with an equipped sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing during the summer months.

The property also offers a large private parking area and well-maintained outdoor spaces.

A complimentary laundry service is available: the washing machine is located in a staff-only service area, and for guests’ convenience, laundry is taken care of by the key-holding staff at no additional cost.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests and the accommodation is completely independent. Within the property there is also the owner’s residence, a discreet and helpful presence, available to provide assistance and local recommendations during your stay.

In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy a wide range of experiences, perfect for discovering the region, relaxing, and enhancing their stay with outdoor activities, food and wine experiences, and local culture. Among these:

Golf
Just 8 km from the estate is the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club, an 18-hole course considered one of the best in the region. A special green fee is available for our guests at €60.00 per person.

E-bike
Electric mountain bikes can be rented, including helmet and charging cables, with delivery and pick-up directly at the property. Rates start from €75.00 per person per day.

Horse riding
About 8 km from the estate, the I Cavalli del Vento riding stable organizes horse rides through the surrounding countryside, suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. Rates start from €40.00 per person for one hour.

Nature guides
Upon request, it is possible to organize walks and hikes of varying difficulty along local trekking routes, accompanied by experienced nature guides.

Aperitif and visit to the Palazzo dei Vicari
Guided visit to the Town Hall of Scarperia, including the historical archive, frescoed halls, the Knife Museum, and Brunelleschi’s clock, followed by an aperitif on the palace battlements. Available on selected dates in spring and summer, starting from €25.00 per person.

Wine tasting
Tasting of 3 wines from the estate, served in the garden or loggia and accompanied by local Mugello cold cuts and cheeses, guided by a sommelier. Minimum 10 participants, from €55.00 per person.

Cheese tasting
At the historic Il Palagiaccio farm in Scarperia, guests can enjoy a tasting of locally produced cow’s milk cheeses, paired with wines from the area. Rates start from €35.00 per person.

Private chef
Upon request, a chef affiliated with Slow Food Mugello (Italian- and English-speaking) is available to prepare lunch or dinner in the house for up to 14 guests. Cost €500.00 + 10% VAT, excluding groceries and optional table service.

Private transfers
Private transfers by car or minivan can be arranged for excursions or connections to the train station or airport. Prices on request.

Interior Description

Ground floor: entrance with a cozy living room featuring a fireplace. The house offers a spacious professional kitchen, complemented by a second area dedicated to dining or relaxation, furnished with comfortable sofas. The floor is completed by a bright veranda, a versatile space to enjoy as a relaxation area or as a pleasant dining area.
First floor: 6 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms: 4 double bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms with an additional single bed, for a total capacity of 14 guests.
