The villa is located a short distance from the beaches of Calamosche, San Lorenzo and Fontane Bianche, as well as the baroque cities of Noto, Siracusa, Palazzolo Acreide, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla. The nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande del Cassibile are also easily reachable.
