Completely independent villa with a private swimming pool of approximately 70 m², set in a beautiful park with olive trees and palm trees in Padenghe sul Garda, just 100 metres from Lake Garda and only a few minutes' walk from the town centre. The villa is arranged over two floors.
Two covered verandas are furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a dining table with chairs, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor meals in the shade, cooled by ceiling fans. A barbecue area is located nearby. By the pool, there is a separate pool house with a changing room and a bathroom with shower. The property offers private parking for up to five cars and is equipped with a video surveillance system and a perimeter alarm.
Up to 2 pets are welcome.
The beach can be reached conveniently through an underpass leading directly to the lakefront and its equipped beach club. In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy horse riding, tennis, golf, and cycling along the many bike paths. Nearby it is also possible to rent scooters, bicycles, e-bikes, and motorboats.
A stay on Lake Garda offers the opportunity to discover the charming lakeside villages, spend a relaxing day at the thermal spas, enjoy the many cultural events held from spring through autumn, and treat children to an unforgettable day at one of the nearby amusement parks.
