Il appartenait à l'origine à une famille florentine historique et offre une expérience extraordinaire avec des fresques du XVIe siècle, des plafonds de 4 mètres et tous les conforts modernes possibles.

Les espaces extérieurs comprennent deux cours intérieures au cœur de Florence. Pour ceux qui souhaitent se maintenir en forme, il y a une salle de sport privée équipée de machines Technogym à la pointe de la technologie.

Apartment on the ground floor in the heart of Florence with private equipped inner courtyard.
Beyond the front door leads to a hallway where there is a small bathroom finished with wood paneling and marble and, subsequently, laundry area including washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse.

The living area is characterized by an open space of enchanting finishes ranging from wood paneling, the kitchen with island in reed until you get to the real masterpiece of this accommodation: a glass ceiling placed at the dining table with electrically adjustable curtain that allows you to create sublime atmospheres.

The kitchen is equipped with all the most convenient utensils:espresso machine,oven,microwave,kettle and dishwasher.
We will be happy to offer you a basic disposable kit of extra virgin olive oil,vinegar,sugar and salt as well as coffee,tea and herbal tea capsules.
Going down a few steps,beyond the dining table,you enter the living room where there are sofas and armchairs of the best Italian designs,impressive LED lighting and a 60-inch 4K Smart TV.
Suite No. 1,located on the second floor,features a Queen-size bed with beautifully finished paneling,25 cm memory foam mattress,double pillows of different softness,40-inch Smart TV.
The real gem of this room is the en-suite bathroom finished in prestigious marble with large shower stall,heated towel rail and equipped with a wide range of towels from our supply. A welcome-kit with shampoo and shower gel is provided for an invigorating bath after a long journey.

Going up to the second floor is the second suite with delightful wallpaper,boiserie headboard bed,25 cm memory foam mattress and always double pillows of different softness.
It is completed by a 40-inch smart TV.
